I have been sending my request no one has responded on WhatsApp for 3 days when the delivery staff called me he told me he would inform them to contact me but unfortunately, no one responded and contacted till I received my order today.

Unfortunately, the scent does not last even five minutes, which is far below my expectations and the product description. If possible, I kindly request that you arrange for a return of the items and issue a refund. I look forward to your response and assistance on this matter.

لم يصلني المنتتج بالشكل المطلوب وهناك خطأ في الصناعة ،حيث ان العطر وصل بغير(مرش في الاعلى) وتم استبداله بجزء أسود اللون بلاستيكي
