Superb customer service, excellent products

Dear Team, I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for the timely delivery of my order. However, I regret to inform you that I am very disappointed with the perfume oils I received. Unfortunately, the scent does not last even five minutes, which is far below my expectations and the product description. If possible, I kindly request that you arrange for a return of the items and issue a refund. I look forward to your response and assistance on this matter.
